We are pleased to advise you that draft regulations relating to the CUCPA are now available on the Ontario Ministry of Finance website for review and comment as part of a public consultation.

The revised regulations, accompanied by an outline of the proposed changes, can be found at the Ontario Ministry of Finance website.
