Where are my savings insured by DICO?
Current List of DICO's Insured Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires
Here is the current list of DICO insured institutions. Sometimes this list changes-for example, when one credit union or caisse populaire merges with another or a new credit union opens. We keep it up to date.
Insured Institutions Mergers
When DICO insured institutions merge, deposits stay covered by DICO.
Your existing deposit insurance coverage does not change when one DICO insured institution buys another, or when two or more institutions join together to become one. Any money that you had deposited is still insured at the new insured institution. But it is important to find out how depositing or withdrawing money from the new institution will affect your coverage.

If your deposit institution is a member of DICO and merges with another DICO insured institution, talk to your credit union manager or staff or contact us.
